SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY: Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Office Cart Inc. Office Cart Inc. provides next business day delivery when you order by 5pm, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the next business day for stock items. Shipping and Returns In general, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Office Cart purchase you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason as long as the product is in saleable condition with the original packaging including all manuals and parts. If you choose to return your Office Cart purchase you will need to contact Customer Service at 416.245.4664 or sales@officecart.ca. A contact person must be available to accept the delivery and sign for the received items. Special order items or backorder items may be delivered separately but are generally delivered within 14 days. Substitutes and cancellations are available on all backordered items. Substitutes and product cancellations may only be obtained if the item(s) have not been shipped from either the manufacturer or Office Cart Inc. In the event of a holiday, deliveries maybe delayed. Orders placed outside our local delivery area may take 3-7 business days and may incur additional delivery charges based on the weight and delivery location of the order. You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply prior to your order being shipped from our warehouse. Office Cart Inc. offers free delivery on all order over $50.00 excluding tax and/or coupons. The order is shipped based on current credit standings and product availability. Seasonal items like calendars, organizers and planners may sell out for the season and require larger quantities to be ordered. In such instances we will contact you first and gain your approval prior to shipping your order/item. If you wish to return an item or have a damaged product(s), please contact your Account Manager or Administration. Special Orders and Custom Orders: Special and/or Custom orders are made to your specifications and once approved/confirmed these items are no longer available for cancellation or return. Restocking Fees: The return of an item may incur a restocking fee and/or freight charges. In general, whenever a supplier or a manufacturer charges Office Cart with restocking fees and/or freight charges we will pass each along to our customer.
